Online Pharmacy Prescription Policy

Beginning January 1, 2026, online pharmacy prescription requests will include an administration fee based on the type of product requested:

• Buy from Clinic: No Admin Fee

• Heartworm, Flea & Tick Products from Online Pharmacy:- $5 fee

• All Other Online Pharmacy Products: -$10 fee

Authorization must be submitted through this form for approval. Your pet must have been examined within the past 12 months.
